Orders and Delivery

Order details are available in your order confirmation email and in My Account if you were logged in when placing your order. You may also contact us with any order enquiry.

Sometimes stock levels may not be up to date and an item may become unavailable at the time of purchase. If this happens, we will contact you by email and offer a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Where we deliver

We currently accept and deliver orders only to the 27 member states of the European Union, including Cyprus. Orders with delivery addresses outside the EU, including the United Kingdom and the United States, cannot be completed at checkout.

Carrier and delivery time

Orders are dispatched from Bulgaria with Speedy or DPD, depending on the destination. Estimated delivery is within 3–7 business days after dispatch. We normally process orders for dispatch within 24 hours. Processing and delivery may take longer during holidays and other busy periods.

When your order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking details are sent after dispatch. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at customerservice@plus0concept.com.

Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. All deliveries must be signed for. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address where someone can receive the parcel.

Shipping prices

Bulgaria: complimentary delivery.
Other EU countries: EUR 19; complimentary delivery for orders of EUR 300 or more.
Pre-Owned orders: complimentary delivery in Bulgaria; EUR 29 to other EU countries.

Important: Due to transport restrictions, some pressurised, flammable or otherwise hazardous items may have destination-specific limitations. Please contact our customer care team if you need help before ordering.
