Orders and Delivery
Order details are available in order confirmation emails, and My Account for customers who were logged in when placing their order. You may also contact us for all order enquiries.

Sometimes stock levels are not up-to-date on the Online Store and some items may not be available at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is very rare. In case this occurs to an item in your order, you will be notified by email as soon and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Plus Zero Concept Store offers a tracked shipping service using DHL/Speedy delivery method. We work quickly and process items for shipment within 24 hours. Please allow for extra time at holidays and busier seasons. When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@plus0concept.com.

Normally deliveries will arrive within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment within Europe and 2-4 business days outside Europe. During the holiday and/or busier season delivery time may take an additional 1-2 days. In case of any delay to delivery times, you will be notified by email. We will do our very best to get your order to you even in a shorter time frame. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes!

Important Note: Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurised or flammable items, classed as “hazardous” by our shipping partners, to destinations outside the EU. As a result, we can ship orders containing fragrance only to the countries within the European Union. Please contact our customer care team for further information or assistance.

All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 9 am and 6 pm, or provide a business address. Plus Zero Concept Store cannot  be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses submitted, refused shipments, unclaimed shipments and/or and not limited to lost packages.

Shipping Cost
We offer Complimentary Worldwide Shipping on all orders over EUR 500.
